Vampire Chronicle

Is anyone up for a Requiem Chronicle?
If there is no objection from the site owner/owners I am volunteering to entertain interested parties. Here is what I have in mind.
Title: Lost City
Premise: A coterie of neonates is assembled to investigate and re-colonize a small American city where the local vampire population has apparently disappeared.
Setting: Characters begin in Cincinatti Ohio, and will be traveling up to neighboring Dayton Ohio. [I've decided to leave Detroit alone because I know Dean has put a lot of work into making ST characters up there]
Characters: This is an all neonate game.
Background: Can be a native of Cincinatti or a transplant that is passing through. It doesn't matter.Note on social merits contacts and allies: Since you are traveling to a new city, these merits can not be used in chapter 1 of the story. If you decide to take them however, they will unlock starting in chapter 2.

Political Background: Cincinatti
Cincinatti Politics has been dominated by one single personality. President Logan (Ventrue) (Carthian).
Thirty years ago, Logan led a bloodless revolution that forced the city's elder dominated oligarchy to step aside in favor of a more democratic means of governance.
Since that time,democracy has reigned. Every two years, the vampires assemble in the city elysia, and vote for a President. One man, one vote. The President has all the powers of a "Prince." Once elected, there are no checks and balances, at least not formally. The city does not have a secret vote either. Every kindred voices their support in the election publicly if they decide to vote at all..
Every year since the revolution, there is only one candidate. Logan runs unopossed, and is elected with near universal support. It is no surprise that when someone votes against him, they usually end up being punished in some form or another for something unrelated. But tthat is the price of the revolution.
On the plus side, Logan claims to have a liberal understanding of the traditions and there hasn't been a public execution since the revolution.
Why the elder's continue to tolerate this upstart however remains a mystery.

Dayton Ohio: Background
Dayton has long been considered a glorified pitstop for vampires moving across the midwest. In times past, it served as a convenient meeting place for Cincinatti vampires to meet their Columbus breathren. (It is roughly a 1 hour drive from Cincinatti and a 1 hour drive from Columbus).
The city and outlying environs have traditionally supported between 5-10 vampires at any time.
The city's leader is Prince Damian. He is an old fashioned invictis ventrue with blood ties to both Logan, and the ventrue leadership in Columbus.
Around 15 years ago, Logan communications with Dayton's vampires stopped completely. No one has heard a thing since.
There are a lot of rumors going around Cincinatti. Some are saying hunters, still others say lupines. Some say that nothing happened at all and that its denizens left for greener pastures or fell into torpor. No matter the explanation. No one travels to Dayton anymore as far as you know.
Dayton Ohio: Territories
Downtown: Tall office buildings mixed in with decaying shops, and the offices of city government. Downtown has seen better days. By day, light traffic goes through the area. By nightfall, it is largely abandoned. Only a few of the massive office buildings are occupied in recent nights. The only exception is Citigroup's regional headquarters.
Modifiers: -2 for hunting. Easy access to financial and government sectors.
Slums: Low income housing, Projects, and neighborhoods completely abandoned as an after affect of the forclosure crisis. Crime and poverty are prevalent here. Located north and west of downtown..
Modifiers: No modifier for hunting to get drugge blood. -2 penalty for clean blood. Easy access to criminal sector
University of Dayton: Debauched college students makes this the best hunting ground in the city. Vibrant bars and nightclubs line the streets just ouside the college. This territory also contains the county hospital.
Modifiers: +2 for hunting. Easy access to Education and Health sectors.
Oakwood: Middle Class/wealthy community located just outside the official town periphery. Home to professionals and other well off folks.
Modifiers: -1 for hunting due to lack of social venues for people to congregate
