Candice thinks she needs to look more into the situation but she can't with all these police buzzing around. She's lucky she didn't leave in cuffs. She dislikes the fact that she didn't get to examine the body further, but to keep her cover she needs to avoid drawing more attention to herself. It was unusual that the bodies were exhumed but still at the cemetery. Perhaps the location just as much as the bodies was important to whoever or whatever is doing the deed. For now though, she decides to go home and put this on the back burner. She has a tour of campus tomorrow and if there's Witches, a university campus draws them like moths to a flame.

She heads back to her car, occasionally looking over her shoulder to see if she's being followed. She gets into her car and drives back to her apartment building. She cleans up, watches some television and then goes to bed at a reasonable time.

As John leans over the casket, he can not detect who could have moved and then left the coffins here. As close as he is now, he can tell that the shadows beyond this coffin are indeed, two additional coffins.

Studying the coffins' resident gives him a jolt- while the hand that was haphazardly out of the coffin as though she was in a relaxed sunbathing jaunt was normal, there was a void beneath her other sleeve. Learning in revealed that her other arm had been removed at the shoulder joint...

What the fuck? thought Markham with disgust.

John moved towards the other coffins paying close attention to the ground to see if anything looked out of place.

As Markham looked over the other two coffins, he discovered that the second was presumably male from the aged, rotting clothing. This corpse was ancient and disturbing, merely a collection of bones that no longer lay the way they did at the burial.

This poor soul was now missing his left foot. It is likely that he had both feet at one time, for a discarded shoe lays beside the coffin.

The last coffin is also a man reduced to a collection of bones as well. This is the most disturbing coffin of all, for while he appears to have retained all of his fingers and toes, the man's skull is missing!

The end of the backbone seems horribly disfigured now, perhaps the creeps who did this were in a hurry for their prize.

"What the hell," John said to himself as he looked again. He thought for a moment. Maybe something he knew about fit this pattern. That was the thing with supernatural things. They all had rules and patterns. People didn't.

WAIT????

This thread goes from John sitting in cemetery to the next day?

Please let the ST determine the timeframe, it confuses the hell out of the other players when done otherwise.
