John Markham

Background:
John Markham was the father of a pretty little girl named Teresa. They lived in Chicago as father and daughter since John's wife, Megan, died from complications during child birth of the second child. John dealt with his depression from losing his wife and second child, but he had Teresa to bring him out of it. When Teresa was 12, John's home was invaded and he was forced to watch what he would later learn was a slasher, brutally murder his child. John was seriously injured as his face was badly burned.

The police never caught the slasher, but thanks to John's friend, who happened to be a hunter, John was able to exact his revenge. He killed the slasher and took every bit of anger out on him as he did so. His friend told him about what was out there and they traveled together hunting. John was how to handle himself around guns and knives. He never let the hatched he used to kill the slasher out of his sight. It was a weapon that he was proud of.

As John and his friends went about hunting demons, something went wrong on their last hunt and his friend was killed. John took his knowledge and claimed his friend's safehouse in Detroit.

Physical Description:
John stands at 5'5" and a 143 pounds. He has short black hair and a perpetual five o'clock shadow. He typically wears jeans and a t-shirt as they're easy to carry in a duffel bag or messenger bag. He's got green eyes and a square jawline. He's athletically built with his shoulders slimming down to his hips. The left side of his face is covered with burn scars.
