None of the vague dread that she feels shows on her face or in her posture as Suzette waits outside her sire's chambers in his haven. Her 'homework' to learn Look at Me - how she hates that nickname - the natural power of her family was tedious and boring; recite Shakespeare in front of an audience. From what she has heard of Tell Me More, the practice sessions will be potentially a million times worse. She has heard rumors of this power that certain Kindred yield: the power to make a subject spill all his dirty little secrets, a power approaching that of the Lordly Words. Will Father use it on her to build her understanding of it?
